Why Freefall - Just let Go !!
In a hot summer afternoon some 15 NITC final year students were pondering over a name for Informals at RAGAM 04, Ragam is NITC's annual Inter collegiate cultural fest, and Informals is the satge where participants could come to chill out , forget about all competition, let their hair down and be who or what they want to be. The theme for the 2004 was Mystic and we were looking for a name which would bring out spontaniety and absolute fun. I had to excuse myself from the meeting to attend nature's call and incidently was suffering from a bout of constipation. In the men's room I just wanted to Let go !! it struck me there and then, what better expression of spontaniety then a '' Freefall '' and what better caption then "just let go " I rushed back to the meeting and after deliberations with the group we finalised on " Freefall - No cliches , No mantras , Just let go !!!! " It epitomised Informals in Ragam 04. People didnt ask what was going on at Informals they asked what was going on at "Freefall ". Such was the brand message !!

Thus the name of this blog " Freefall - Just Let Go !! " The place for free thought, without cliches without mantras, Just let go !!
